Lawyer Ordered to Hand Back Thousands of Shares

A Birmingham corporate lawyer was ordered to hand back thousands of shares in a local land recovery firm after his previous employers said he had breached the terms of his contract. Mark Hodge was taken to court by Colmore Square firm Cobbetts for acquiring 71,800 shares in Envirotreat. At the time, he was working for Lee Crowder, a law firm that went on to become part of Cobbetts.
