Louise Is Delighted with New Rics Role

City planner Louise Brooke-Smith is set to become the youngest ever President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - and the first woman - after being elected as one of its three new vice- presidents. As the managing director of Birmingham-based BrookeSmith Planning, Louise is also the first person from the West Midlands to take such a senior role within the RICS. Her post begins in July this year and it is expected that she will take over the presidency in 2014.
