Accountancy firm Ernst & Young has boosted the strength of its Birmingham practice by appointing a hat-trick of home-grown partners.

Christabel Cowling, with the firm since 2002, and Simon O'Neill, who joined as a graduate ten years ago, have both been appointed to audit partner' while Andrew Dale, who also arrived as a trainee, has been made partner in the corporate tax team.
