More than 200 workers for a farming organisation face the possibility of another winter out in the cold after plans for a new headquarters were scrapped as part of savings imposed by government on Advantage West Midlands.

The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) was offered a grant of more than pounds 4 million by AWM to move to the region last year with a view to developing its own bespoke building at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire.
