It's all credit cards and festive frolics this week as the Christmas festivities reach their peak over the next few days. But whilst we feast on turkey and trimmings and take copious amounts of liquid refreshment, thoughts will eventually turn to that annual favourite - New Year's resolutions. There will, of course, be the obligatory ones concerning losing weight and taking more exercise.
