A vicar and an actor yesterday complained to a public inquiry that people were being intimidated by police and politics. The actor, Bob Hoskins, told the inquiry into a contoversial development sat on the South Bank of the Thames in London: "I've just made a gangster film about police and political corruption... and when I made it I thought it was over the top but from what I have heard today, it makes the film look like a Winnie the Pooh production.See the full content of this document
