Mr James Roberts, the Birmingham architect who has made the biggest contribution to the city's post-war skyline including the Rotunda, has closed his practice. He made the decision on the advice of Barclays Bank, whose accountants had been investigating Mr Roberts' books for two weeks at his office on the 19th floor of the Rotunda.See the full content of this document
