Conservatives have accused Business Secretary Lord Mandelson of being "all talk and no action" after it emerged that no British car firm has been helped by a flagship Government scheme, four months after it was unveiled.
The Automotive Assistance Programme was announced by Lord Mandelson in January and began on February 27.
