A relative of one of 15 backpackers who burned to death in a hostel fire criticised an Australian coroner yesterday for ruling no more charges should be brought.

Adam Rowland, aged 19, from St Leonards in East Sussex, died in the fire started deliberately at the Palace Backpackers Hostel in Childers, Queensland, on June 23, 2000.
