The cost of raising a child has soared by a third in the past five years to reach more than pounds 186,000, research showed yesterday.
It costs an average of pounds 186,032 to raise a child from birth to the age of 21, the equivalent of pounds 8,859 a year, pounds 738 a month or pounds 24.30 a day, according to friendly society Liverpool Victoria.See the full content of this document
