That is quite remote for a retreat.

My destination was the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (BK) in Mount Abu, where I had been fortunate enough to be invited for the annual Peace of Mind retreat.

A close BK friend had felt I would benefit from the experience and she had "sponsored me". I was to take part in a week-long retreat, where I would hopefully emerge refreshed, renewed and spiritually revitalised.
