The strong euro took a toll on second quarter pretax profits at BMW which fell by nearly 14 per cent, the Munich carmaker said yesterday .
The company, which makes Mini and Rolls-Royce cars in England, revealed group earnings of 1.065 billion euros (pounds 719 million) in April-July compared with 1.232 billion euros in the same period last year.See the full content of this document
