Jay Bothroyd might be feeling be pretty good about himself after finally capturing Premiership form for Wolverhampton Wanderers.

But, having seen the maverick striker hit four goals in two games to nose Wolves back within sight of a play-off place and with Sunday's meeting with fellow promotion challengers Birmingham City in mind, manager Mick McCarthy hopes there's more to come. "I don't sit back and say 'great, he's got four goals in two games'," said McCarthy. "I say 'why the hell has not it been happening all season long'? I want more of that, just like I wanted more of it before but now he's got this great opportunity to show his undoubted ability.
