Birmingham City have told shareholders that outgoing managing director Karren Brady will earn about pounds 960,000 this year if the club remains in the top f light.

The club has revealed Ms Brady will receive a full year's salary of pounds 179,372, despite not having to work her 12-month notice period, on top of a one-off bonus payment of pounds 520,000 and a further pounds 260,000 dependent on the Blues staying in the Premier League.
