Terry Bullivant has never coached in the Premiership before, but the latest addition to Birmingham City's backroom staff is determined to help the club thrive in the top-flight after finally being reunited with manager Steve Bruce.

Blues' boss tried to bring Bullivant with him from Crystal Palace when he took over at St Andrew's in December 2001He then made another move for his former Palace colleague last summer when he planned to recruit the 48year-old former Brentford and Watford coach to assist Eric Black.
