Cash machine operator Cardpoint said yesterday that talks with an unidentified suitor who approached it last month are continuing, as it unveiled sharply higher first-half profits.
The Blackpool-based company, which manages fee-paying cash machines in the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany, said pretax profit before charges and one-off costs for the six months to March 31 rose by 88 per cent to pounds 1.1 million on turnover 78 per cent ahead at pounds 47.5 million.See the full content of this document
