The Brownhills foundries company Castings will build a new plant in the Czech Republic unless it can overcome delays in providing extra electricity capacity for an pounds 11 million moulding line it is planning for its subsidiary William Lee at Dronfield, Derbyshire.
The project will increase Castings' overall foundry capacity by 20 per cent and create more than 80 manufacturing jobs when it opens in early 2009 - provided that the necessary electricity supply is in place.See the full content of this document
