Summary
Property firm Colliers - which has a major office in Birmingham - has snapped up the Bristol-based surveying business of Lipfriend Dawson in a deal worth pounds 1.2 million.
The agreement involves an initial payment of pounds 800,000, of which pounds 400,000 will be in cash from existing resources and the remainder through the issue of 272,851new ordinary shares in Colliers CRE.
