Proposals to transform Hednesford town centre into a vibrant community with new shops and stores, a restaurant and apartments, have been submitted by Birmingham-based regeneration specialists St Modwen Properties to Cannock Chase Council.
The detailed planning application for the first phase of a pounds 5 million scheme has a 16,500 sq ft foodstore, six Market Street shops with 18 residential apartments above, four larger retail units and a 172-space car park.
