Pakistan was yesterday threatened with suspension from the Councils of the Commonwealth if it fails to take a set of measures to restore democracy and the rule of law by November 22.
The warning of a possible suspension came at the end of a meeting of the nine-member Commonwealth Ministerial Action Group (CMAG) in London following the suspension of Pakistan's constitution and the declaration of a state of emergency by President Pervez Musharraf.See the full content of this document
