West Midland companies have managed to remain strong as profits warnings issued by listed companies throughout the UK grew by more than a third during the first three months of 2004, writes John Cranage.
A survey published by Ernst & Young has revealed that nationally, 71 companies warned profits were failing to match expectations during the period, a rise of 19 on the 52 warnings issued in the last quarter of 2004.See the full content of this document
