National regeneration agency English Partnerships and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) have named the developer that will take forward a pounds 3 million landmark housing scheme in Smethwick.
Cornerstone Commercial Services, part of the Family Housing Association Group, with BM3 Architecture, will develop the site which it promises will become a benchmark for design and construction standards in the area.See the full content of this document
