Birmingham City Council's new pounds 2.8 million website, launched yesterday, has annoyed may users of internet forums. Here is a selection of their comments Clive Reeves, PR director at Ward Lovett, who has already been on the site, said: "This looks like a project that's been controlled by a committee made up of people who don't quite know what they're looking for, what's achievable, or even what they really want.
