A live performance of Cliff Richard's Birmingham-based 1970s film musical Take Me High and a Spaghetti Junction h sculpture made from spaghetti are two of the suggestions the city hopes will propel it towards a national culture title.

Ten proposals, all put forward by members of the public, have been packaged up as part of Birmingham's bid to become the UK's City of Culture.
