Logistics group Brambles yesterday continued to whittle down its non-core businesses.
US-based Harsco Corporation agreed to pay pounds 133 million for Brambles Industrial Services Northern Hemisphere (BISNH) which specialises in providing services for the steel industry and operates from 39 locations including Teesside and South Wales. Last year it posted sales of pounds 112 million with the UK and France representing around 85 per cent of business and the Netherlands and United States making up the balance.See the full content of this document
