One of two friends accused of beating a man to death and dumping his naked body in a Midland park said yesterday that when they left him it did not cross his mind that he was dead.
Tony Tinsley (27) said in evidence at Stafford Crown Court: "I just thought he was beaten up. All I could see what blood on his face."
