Two men killed as they allegedly tried to steal copper cables from a disused factory in Sandwell are likely to have been electrocuted or gassed by carbon dioxide.
Emergency crews recovered the bodies of the men, who were from the Dudley area, from the former Fontana Nuts and Bolts site on Excelsior Industrial Estate in Halesowen, which police said was still believed to be connected to a 10,000-volt electricity supply.See the full content of this document
