Kenilworth golf professional Jamie Elson has accused the European Tour's senior players of protecting their own interests by stifling young talent.

Elson won a place on this year's European Tour but the 23-year- old says he is struggling to adjust to life on the main circuit and claims not enough is being done to help younger players, such as himself, establish themselves.
