An Office for National Statistics' survey highlighted that the largest single increase in people aged over 60 taking up new jobs occurred in November of 2005.
This is encouraging given the fact that the Government is keen for people to work longer and believes that legislation is the instrument to stimulate employers to recruit/retain employees who fit the 'grey market' demographic.See the full content of this document
