Enodis Again Turns Down Offer by Aga

Kitchen equipment maker Enodis has reiterated its rejection of Aga Foodservice Group's 197p per share offer, saying that there was "no commercial logic" to the combination of both companies.

Enodis, which had already rejected the approach last week, saying it undervalued the company, yesterday unveiled a 44 per cent rise in full-year pretax profits to pounds 64 million and said it would look for further bolt-on acquisitions to keep growth moving ahead.
