Age is no barrier to success in business -at least it shouldn't be. As the proportion of older employees in the workforce increases, some companies are realising the valuable contribution that experienced staff can make.

To recognise those companies and individuals that can see beyond a person's age, The Birmingham Post is again supporting the Department for Work and Pensions' Age Positive Awards.
