Dear Editor, Firstly congratulations to whoever thought up the grey metal hoarding and the orange plastic barriers which have both been surrounding the Big Screen in Victoria Square for some weeks. The sheer genius required to make the screen even uglier than it was is breathtaking.
Secondly, can I be the first person to claim to have spotted someone actually working on the screen in all that time? It was only one occasion, admittedly, and the person was merely standing at the top of a ladder. So "working" may be an exaggeration.See the full content of this document
