Lee Fisher hardly looks old enough, but he was actually a member of the former Sadler's Wells Royal Ballet before it moved to Birmingham in 1990.

After 17-years full-time with the company he still works for it two-and-a-half days a week as head of creative learning and even puts in the occasional stage appearance when circumstances allow. But alongside that he has built a successful freelance career in community dance, including running his own company of young people with learning difficulties, called Freefall.
