Construction is set to start on a prime industrial development on the Wolverhampton and South Staffordshire border, one of only a few around the Black Country offering direct motorway access.

The 6.85-acre Mercury scheme represents pounds 6.5 million investment by developers Langtree Group in a deal orchestrated with the area's inward investment agency Black Country Investment (BCI), Advantage West Midlands, and the South Staffs and Wolverhampton local authorities.
