Paul Ince's return to full health looks like presenting Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Dave Jones with a nice sort of selection dilemma tomorrow, writes Ged Scott. Eyebrows, if not voices, were raised when the Wolves captain was left out of Tuesday night's pressure-easing 2-0 home win over Derby County, Jones having decided that he was still not in 100 per cent shape following sickness and diarrhoea.

That came in the wake of Jones pulling Ince off at half time in the preceding 1-0 Friday night defeat to Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
