Three weeks before the World Cup begins, the world of Italian football is in shock as investigations continue into the scandal involving new champions Juventus.

Magistrates in four cities are investigating a number of possible football irregularities - probes in Rome and Parma are scrutinising dealings by GEA World and looking into illegal gambling. GEA World is a sports management agency which has nearly 200 Italian players and coaches on its books and is run by Alessandro Moggi, son of former Juventus general manager Luciano Moggi.
