The former HP factory site in Aston - closed earlier this year with the loss of 120 jobs - is to get a new lease of life under plans by specialist firm Chancerygate.
The regeneration and industrial development expert is to start demolition of the factory in Tower Road, Aston Cross on Mondayand, following consultations with Birmingham City Council, expects to submit a planning application for the site's redevelopment in the next few weeks. It is proposing to construct a new Chancerygate Business Centre development providing small industrial/warehouse units from 1,500 sq ft upwards for purchase or lease for local businesses.See the full content of this document
