The shooting of a British cameraman in the Gaza Strip was "cold- blooded murder", a security expert told an inquest yesterday.

James Miller, aged 34, from Braunton, Devon, was shot by a soldier from the Israeli Defence Force in the Rafah refugee camp in May 2003.
