Head Quits Special Measures School

Summary


A Birmingham headteacher and his deputy have resigned after their school was put into special measures by Ofsted. A team of inspectors who visited Anderton Park Primary School in Sparkhill judged it to have "serious weaknesses".

School head Michael O'Keefe and deputy head Pamela Bowles have resigned with effect from August 31.
