Lichfield came close to gaining their first point of the season yesterday at the expense of promotion-seeking Bournville in the national North Division thanks to an outstanding hat-trick effort by Paul Campbell.
Every time that second-placed Bournville gained the lead, Campbell soon replied with a penalty corner goal. But Lichfield, who entered the national league this season, were beaten by a 64th- minute goal by Rik McCollum to lose 4-3 and remain at the bottom.See the full content of this document
