A joint scheme between the Government and a developer is making it easier for first time buyers or people on family incomes lower than pounds 60,000 to buy a home in the Black Country.
Apartments and house have been released at Hamlet Place on Bloomfield Road, Tipton, under HomeBuy Direct. Under the scheme the buyer will receive an equity loan for 30 per cent of the value of their new home, funded jointly by David Wilson and the Government. They then finance the rest themselves with a mortgage, a deposit, or combination of the two.See the full content of this document
