A major retirement living complex has come a step closer to completion.
Built by the Wates Group, the Sunrise Senior Living development in Edgbaston is due to open in March. The new building, on Calthorpe Estate, represents a pounds 20 million investment. It is Sunrise Senior Living's first venture in the Midlands although the company already has a number of properties in the South and provides a home for 53,000 elderly people worldwide.See the full content of this document
