A Birmingham woman has won a major accolade in the SHINE Awards, which took place yesterday in London. Recognising work carried out by women in the travel, tourism and hospitality industries, Kelly Colebatch, aged 26, business development manager of Accor UK Hotels in Birmingham, was named Young Achiever of the Year.
