Birmingham-based Hyder Consulting - the environmental, engineering, planning and management consultancy group - has snapped up specialist firm Cresswell Associates in a deal worth pounds 3.48 million.
Yesterday's takeover follows Hyder's acquisition in March of Bettridge Turner & Partners. It said both acquisitions marked a significant step in the company's growth in key strategic markets.See the full content of this document
