Ice in Fuel May Have Caused Air Crash

Summary


The crash of a British Airways jet at Heathrow was probably caused by ice restricting the Low of fuel to the engines, investigators said yesterday.

The Air Accidents Investigation Branch recommended that airlines introduce interim measures for all Boeing 777s to reduce the risk of this happening again.
