Car dealership Inchcape agreed to take a majority stake in a counterpart in St Petersburg yesterday as it continued its expansion into Russia.
London-based Inchcape has agreed to pay up to pounds 38 million for a 75.1 per cent stake in the Axel Car business, which sells and services Toyota and Lexus cars.
