India batsman Sourav Ganguly will retire from international cricket after the Border-Gavaskar four-match Test series against Australia that starts in Bangalore tomorrow.
Ganguly, India's most successful Test captain, was named in a 15- man squad for the first two Tests despite intense speculation over his future. The feisty 36-year-old said yesterday: "This is going to be my last series. I've decided to quit. I have already told my teammates that this would be my last series.
