Law firm Keelys, has undertaken the legal work for chartered accountants and business advisers Greenhalgh & Co as the firm moves into purposebuilt premises at the Eastgate Business Centre in Burton on Trent. The transaction involved the directors of Greenhalgh & Co and their pension scheme purchasing the freehold of the property and then granting an occupational lease to Greenhalgh & Co Chatered Accountants.
Keelys partner James Chisholm advised on all aspects of this property deal and undertook the development, construction and property documentation. As part of the deal, Keelys also acted for the funder Lloyds TSB Bank plc in perfecting their security over the jointly owned freehold property.See the full content of this document
