Hovis bread maker Premier Foods still expects to report a full- year trading profit within the range of market expectations despite significant cost pressures and reduced branded bread volumes.
The group, which also sells Branston pickle and Hartley's jam, reported a three per cent rise in sales for the second-half of 2007, helped by a satisfactory performance over Christmas and good progress by its Mr Kipling cakes business.See the full content of this document
