Paul Farrow has never been busier or fitter and, five years after a heart attack nearly killed him, he is certainly a lot less stressed than he used to be.

'The heart attack took me very much my surprise,' he says of the event which initially struck after a bike ride to get a newspaper in August 1998. The Birmingham businessman was 53 years old.
